Insider Risk Specialist

Robinhood is seeking an Insider Risk Specialist to join their Security Division. This role involves investigating complex insider risk matters, conducting risk assessments, and leveraging AI to identify and mitigate threats. The specialist will collaborate with various internal teams to protect the company's people, customers, and business.

• Investigate complex insider risk matters including nation-state attempts and data leaks
• Conduct risk assessments for M&A, strategic initiatives, and new products
• Evaluate third-party vendors and offshore support operations
• Analyze behavioral, technical, and contextual signals to identify emerging insider risk
• Leverage AI to accelerate investigations and improve decision-making
• Take ownership from initial assessment through resolution and continuously improve processes
