Staff Security Engineer - Platform

On is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to join their technology team in Zurich. This role focuses on embedding security directly into engineering practices, platforms, and pipelines, working collaboratively with various engineering teams to make secure development the default.

• Implement security controls directly into platform repositories and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with Engineering, AI, Platform & Ops, and Cloud Security Architecture teams
• Reduce attack surface and remediate vulnerabilities
• Build guardrails for secure engineering practices
• Deeply hands-on role with direct code contributions
