What we are looking for

Develop and deploy safety stack for agentic AI
Design and implement sandboxing and isolation technologies
Create and enforce AI guardrails and policy enforcement
Build observability and audit logging for AI sessions
Operate and analyze AI agent failures
Minimum 5 years in security, systems/SRE, or ML systems engineering
