SecOps/AppSec Engineer (Clojure Required)

Ladder is seeking a Security Engineer with expertise in application security and risk management to join their remote engineering team. This role focuses on managing the vulnerability lifecycle, embedding security within development processes, and strengthening the Clojure ecosystem. Responsibilities include monitoring cloud infrastructure, conducting risk reviews, and supporting compliance audits.

• Champion application security vulnerability management within Clojure ecosystem
• Triage vulnerabilities and assist with remediation code fixes
• Monitor cloud security posture and respond to threats
