Security Managed Services Engineer (L3)

As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L3), you will be responsible for ensuring the security and smooth operation of client infrastructures. You will handle complex third-line support, identify root causes of incidents, and provide advanced solutions. This role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to operational improvements.

• Manage and resolve complex security incidents in a managed services environment
• Perform third-line support and root cause analysis for critical issues
• Ensure client infrastructures are configured, installed, and operational
• Mentor junior engineers and create knowledge articles
• Contribute to operational improvements and project delivery
• Adhere to ITIL processes and maintain zero missed SLA conditions
