Network Security Engineer L2

Join SilverSky as a Network Security Engineer L2 to provide tier III support for a Managed Service and Security Provider. You will leverage your expertise in network and firewall technologies to design, implement, and support security solutions for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.

• Provide tier III support for MSSP clients
• Design, implement, and deploy firewall and network security solutions
• Offer direct technical support via multiple channels
• Manage and resolve tickets within contracted SLAs
• Perform expert-level research and incident response
• Requires advanced knowledge of Fortinet and Cisco firewalls/routers
