Target Security Specialist

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to ensure the safety and security of guests and team members. This role involves mitigating risks, preventing theft, responding to incidents, and maintaining a secure store environment. You will utilize intelligence-led tactics, de-escalation techniques, and Target's video surveillance system.

• Protect guests, team members, and brand through security measures
• Mitigate shortage risks and prevent theft and fraud
• Respond to and document security incidents
• Utilize de-escalation tactics and physical security controls
• Operate Target's video surveillance system
• Conduct merchandise theft recoveries and apprehension support
