Senior Security Architect

Genesys is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Architect to join their Global Security, Privacy & Compliance team. This customer-facing role involves providing expert technical security advisory services, explaining and defending the Genesys Cloud security posture, and engaging with customers and partners across the APAC region. You will leverage your expertise in cloud security, AI security, and security controls to support consulting, audits, and executive briefings.

• Lead customer-facing security discussions on Genesys Cloud architecture
• Provide technical consulting on security capabilities and controls
• Develop and present technical evidence of control effectiveness
• Deliver technical deep dives and executive briefings
• Own complex customer security matters and contractual negotiations
• Represent Genesys at strategic customer engagements and industry forums
