Staff Security Engineer

Lennar is seeking a Staff Security Engineer to be the senior technical owner of enterprise security capabilities, including cloud, network, data, and application security. This individual contributor role involves setting engineering direction, hands-on cloud security ownership, and mentoring other engineers. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure security controls are effectively designed and implemented.

• Own technical direction for cloud, network, data, endpoint, and application security domains
• Set engineering standards for security product design, deployment, and documentation
• Provide hands-on ownership of cloud security strategy and implementation across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Mentor senior and junior security engineers and operations staff
• Act as technical escalation point for complex security issues
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, and application teams
