Target is seeking a Security Specialist to ensure the safety of guests and team members, and to protect company assets. This role involves using intelligence-led tactics, responding to crisis events, mitigating theft and fraud, and maintaining a secure store environment. You will also interact with guests to provide a positive shopping experience.

• Protect guests, team members, and brand assets
• Mitigate shortage risks, prevent theft and fraud
• Respond to crisis events and manage safety
• Utilize de-escalation tactics and physical security controls
• Operate video surveillance and case management systems
• Conduct merchandise recovery and receipt checks
