IAM Engineer

Kokosing is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to modernize their identity platform. This role will focus on designing and implementing identity governance, Zero Trust initiatives, and modern authorization models across hybrid environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a governance-first mindset to support the company's transition to a modern identity security model.

• Develop and execute IAM modernization roadmap
• Contribute to enterprise identity architecture and governance standards
• Implement and improve Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) capabilities
• Support Zero Trust architecture principles and least privilege initiatives
• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory solutions
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests
