Software Security Engineer/Architect

American Fidelity is seeking a Software Security Engineer/Architect to provide expertise in secure coding practices and conduct security assessments. This role involves evaluating and implementing security tools, performing code and architecture reviews, and educating software teams on security best practices. You will also contribute to incident response and vendor software due diligence.

• Provide expertise on secure coding practices and deliver continuing education
• Evaluate, implement, and administer security vulnerability and penetration testing tools
• Interpret test results and collaborate on vulnerability remediation
• Design secure software architectures and perform code reviews
• Conduct security due diligence on vendor-supported software
• Participate in incident response and security audits
