• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity solutions
• Manage identities, access, authentication, and privileged access
• Troubleshoot identity and access issues and support incident response
• Support enterprise application integrations and modern authentication technologies
• Monitor and maintain identity security and directory health
• Participate in identity-related projects and cloud deployments
