Security Risk & Operational Resilience Lead

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise security governance, risk, and incident readiness programs. This role bridges cybersecurity engineering, IT operations, and executive leadership, focusing on measurable outcomes and operational execution. You will own GRC, incident readiness, and control effectiveness, ensuring policies and processes are defined, tested, and consistently executed.

• Own enterprise GRC program including risk management and compliance
• Lead security program execution and control effectiveness validation
• Manage security policy lifecycle and drive adoption
• Own incident response program framework and readiness
• Lead M&A security integration efforts
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on security risk
