Sr. DevSecOps Engineer

AIS is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead the development and automation of secure CI/CD pipelines for law enforcement systems. This hybrid role requires integrating security, scalability, and reliability into the software delivery lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers. The position involves designing complex workflows, leading incident response, and making significant technical decisions with minimal oversight.

• Automate builds and releases over 2-4 week sprints
• Design, build, and maintain secure, flexible, and high-performance CI/CD pipelines
• Support deployment automation across multiple environments
• Diagnose and resolve complex DevSecOps and deployment issues
• Implement deployment strategies and automated testing
• Collaborate with developers, security professionals, and stakeholders
