Manager, Security Automation & Engineering

Prudential is seeking a Manager, Security Automation & Engineering to join their Group Information Security & Privacy team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational resilience and effectiveness of security monitoring platforms, ensuring the quality of security event data, and enhancing detective controls. You will collaborate with global and local security teams, technology vendors, and business units to integrate security data, automate processes, and respond to evolving security needs.

• Maintain availability and performance of security monitoring platforms (Splunk)
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of security event data
• Develop and enhance security monitoring use cases, rules, and detective controls
• Automate security operations processes and develop technical solutions
• Provide technical support and guidance to security teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with business units, vendors, and internal teams on security initiatives
