Senior Security Engineer, x15ventures

Join x15ventures as a Senior Security Engineer to build and scale innovative digital ventures. You will partner with product and engineering teams to embed practical security controls, focusing on DevSecOps, cloud security, identity, and automation. This hands-on role involves designing, implementing, and improving security capabilities across multiple ventures while mentoring other engineers and lifting overall security posture.

• Design and implement security controls in CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Develop and automate security capabilities using scripting and IaC
• Manage identity and access controls with Microsoft Entra ID and Defender suite
• Provide practical security advice and partner with engineering teams
• Lead complex security engineering initiatives and mentor junior engineers
• Conduct threat modeling and security reviews for new products and services
