Industrial Security Manager (ONSITE)

Lead a team providing industrial security support for secure programs at RTX's San Jose office. You will oversee and implement contractual security requirements, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and customer expectations to enable business objectives. This role requires extensive knowledge of industrial security programs and leadership experience within classified environments.

• Lead industrial security team and support business objectives
• Oversee and implement contractual security requirements
• Ensure compliant security program execution and sustainment
• Manage security programs with knowledge of ICD 705, 32 CFR Part 117, DoDM 5205.07
• Conduct self-inspections and manage security databases
• Perform leadership and managerial duties including performance development and budget management

• Requires a Ts Sci security clearance.
