About this role
As the senior technical owner of identity services, you will design, implement, and operate secure access controls for systems handling sensitive healthcare data. This role leads identity lifecycle management, authentication, and privileged access management across key platforms like Okta, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
What we are looking for
6- Own Okta platform for SSO, MFA, and passwordless authentication
- Engineer identity integrations using SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, and SCIM
- Design and implement Okta lifecycle workflows for joiner, mover, leaver processes
- Manage enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform
- Ensure identity controls align with HIPAA and HITRUST requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
