Target Security Specialist

Target is seeking a Security Specialist to ensure the safety and security of guests and team members. This role involves using intelligence-led tactics, responding to crisis events, mitigating theft and fraud, and maintaining a secure store environment. You will also assist guests and build relationships with internal and external partners.

• Protect guests, team members, and brand through security measures
• Mitigate shortage risks, prevent theft and fraud
• Respond to crisis events and provide support
• Utilize video surveillance and case management systems
• Conduct merchandise recovery and apprehension support
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment
