IAM Security Engineer

BorgWarner is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain systems ensuring authorized user access to enterprise resources. This role involves leading access reviews, optimizing RBAC models, managing IAM tools, and partnering across the business to drive secure identity practices.

• Lead access reviews for identities, applications, and privileged accounts
• Design and refine Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models
• Administer IAM platforms, including Active Directory and Entra
• Implement and support MFA/SSO integrations using SAML and OAuth
• Ensure compliance with internal and external frameworks (NIST, TISAX, SOX, ISO 27001)
• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity or IT with 2+ years in identity security
