Director of Product Security

Lead a critical segment of Salesforce's Engineering organization as the Director of Product Security. You will be responsible for the architectural integrity, scalability, and zero-trust security of distributed services powering millions of customer interactions. This role involves defining roadmaps, championing security-by-design, managing vulnerability lifecycles, and leading a team of engineers.

• Define and execute long-term roadmap for core backend services
• Champion "Security-by-Design" and "Default-to-Secure" principles
• Oversee proactive threat modeling and vulnerability management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and security stakeholders
• Hire, develop, and retain a world-class engineering organization
• Own the full SDLC, including automated CI/CD and security gates
