Lead Cloud Security Controls Engineer - VP

Lead the design and implementation of cloud security controls across AWS, Azure, and GCP using policy-as-code. You will translate security requirements into automated controls integrated into Terraform and CI/CD pipelines, owning the full lifecycle from policy authoring to deployment. This role also involves leading and mentoring a team of engineers.

• Lead design and implementation of deploy-time security controls for cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Translate firm-wide baselines into policy-as-code controls integrated into Terraform and CI/CD
• Own end-to-end control implementation lifecycle: requirement interpretation, policy authoring, testing, optimization, deployment
• Establish and maintain reusable policy libraries and modules
• Provide deep technical expertise in Terraform, IaC, and pipeline orchestration
• Lead and develop a team of security engineers, providing mentorship and technical direction
