Cyber Security Engineering Manager

Lead complex cybersecurity initiatives and engineering teams to strengthen organizational security posture and deliver secure technology solutions. You will guide architecture, engineering, compliance, and operational security functions for mission-critical environments. This role involves directing engineering teams, collaborating with senior leaders, and influencing enterprise-wide cyber strategies to align with mandates like NIST and Zero Trust.

• Manage cybersecurity engineering teams and tooling
• Assess security, risk, and compliance of systems
• Monitor cybersecurity threats and NIST 800 standards
• Develop and implement mitigation strategies for risks
• Provide reporting on security posture using data analysis
• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
