Cyber Detection Analyst

Join our Detection Health and Performance team to help customers maintain effective security detection by investigating suspicious traffic, identifying missed attacks, and improving detection logic. You will collaborate with various internal teams and customers to provide threat insights and recommendations, ensuring strong security outcomes.

• Investigate suspicious traffic and identify missed attacks
• Reduce false positives and build detection logic
• Improve customer detection health
• Combine data analysis, technical troubleshooting, and customer communication
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, Operations, Research, and Engineering teams
• Provide threat insights and recommendations to customers
