VP, Identity & Access Management

Cross River is seeking a VP of Identity & Access Management to lead and build a modern, risk-aligned, and automation-forward IAM program. This strategic leader will drive the design, governance, and execution of IAM capabilities across cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments, focusing on maturing identity lifecycle management and enhancing secure access governance.

• Define and own the bank’s IAM vision, roadmap, and architecture
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing IAM team
• Oversee the design and automation of Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
• Lead the rationalization and control of privileged access across cloud and legacy environments
• Maintain IAM controls to meet FFIEC, SOC 2, and PCI DSS standards
• 10+ years in IAM, Information Security, or IT Risk roles with leadership experience
