Team Lead-Cyber Security

Lead a team of security analysts and engineers supporting the NIH's IT security operations. You will oversee daily security operations, ensure compliance with federal standards, and drive continuous improvement for mission-critical systems. This role involves managing security posture, coordinating incident response, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve complex security issues.

• Lead and mentor IT security professionals in Tier 2/3 support
• Manage security posture and coordinate security activities
• Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity policies and reporting
• Oversee security ticket workflows, SLAs, and operational documentation
• Support development and implementation of security controls and enhancements
• Analyze trends and recommend improvements to strengthen cybersecurity posture
