Identity & Access Management Engineer

Advocate Health is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex IAM solutions. You will manage the identity lifecycle, ensure compliance with security policies, and provide technical support for IAM-related matters. This role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality IAM solutions and improve security protocols.

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions (IGA, PAM, SSO)
• Manage identity lifecycle and access policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve access and permissions issues
• Monitor and audit IAM systems and processes
• Provide technical support and guidance on IAM matters
• Ensure IAM practices align with regulatory requirements
