Expert Security Engineer - Offensive Security

Lead offensive security assessments to strengthen Finastra's defense capabilities. You will identify security weaknesses, validate detection mechanisms, and provide actionable recommendations. This role involves developing custom tools, building security metrics, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our security posture.

• Lead offensive security assessments across the technology stack
• Drive detection engineering through purple team exercises and attack simulations
• Develop custom security testing tools, frameworks, and automation scripts
• Build and implement frameworks to measure security control effectiveness
• Research and innovate on latest attack techniques and methodologies
• Mentor and share knowledge across security teams
