Security Engineering - Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead

As the Engineering Excellence & Continuous Compliance Lead, you will define and drive the adoption of consistent engineering, compliance, and resilience practices across Telstra's cybersecurity technology landscape. You will establish standards, strengthen technology operations, and translate compliance outcomes into implemented changes, working across various security engineering functions to embed sustainable ways of working.

• Define and mature security engineering standards and excellence measures
• Improve technology operations and lifecycle management practices
• Govern reusable security patterns and uplift DevSecOps practices
• Translate compliance obligations into prioritized actions and outcomes
• Identify and drive remediation of systemic engineering and operational issues
• Partner to develop and adopt resilience guidance
