Security Engineer (Hybrid, Bucharest)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Security Engineer to join their Threat Intelligence and Detection Engineering team in Bucharest. This role focuses on building automation, tooling, and engineering capabilities to enhance internal security operations and incident response. You will partner with the Incident Response Operations team to engineer scalable solutions that improve detection, investigation, and response to security threats.

• Improve Incident Response Operations through automation and scalable solutions
• Automate repetitive investigative and response workflows
• Design solutions to improve investigative efficiency and enrich security data
• Build security detections across various technologies and data sources
• Develop automation, integrations, and internal tooling for security operations
• Engineer cloud-native capabilities using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
