Senior Staff Product Security Engineer

SailPoint is seeking a Staff Product Security Engineer to join their Cybersecurity team. This role involves partnering with engineering teams to embed security throughout the product development lifecycle, identify and mitigate risks, and enhance secure coding practices. The ideal candidate will have strong application security expertise, software engineering experience, and a passion for building secure, resilient products.

• Partner with Engineering teams to identify and mitigate security risks
• Support threat modeling and implement security controls
• Define and promote secure coding standards and best practices
• Improve security testing programs and coordinate penetration testing
• Validate and prioritize vulnerability remediation
• Develop security training and technical documentation
