Staff Embedded Security Engineer

Wayve is seeking a Staff Embedded Security Engineer to design, implement, and test onboard software and connected services for their self-driving vehicle technology. This role involves developing real-time embedded firmware and Linux software with a focus on security controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and building security tools. The position requires extensive experience in embedded systems security, cryptography, and software development.

• Design and develop real-time embedded firmware and embedded Linux software
• Implement security controls for vehicle systems
• Incorporate hardware-based security techniques
• Partner with Wayve Security team and other developers
• Build, deploy, and maintain security tools and libraries
• Perform code and design reviews for security flaws
