Project Finance Associate II

This role is responsible for maintaining project financial data, ensuring alignment with client contracts, and supporting the project finance team with billing compliance. You will code project costs, manage cost transfers, and generate financial reports to ensure accurate entry into the project management system.

• Maintain project financial data in project management system
• Ensure alignment with client contracts and change orders
• Code project costs, subconsultant expenses, and vendor invoices
• Support project finance team with billing compliance
• Generate project financial performance reports
• Review and approve vendor/subconsultant invoices
