Senior Software Security Engineer - Product Owner

Join RTX as a Senior Software Security Engineer and Product Owner, where you will lead the development and integration of cutting-edge embedded cryptographic capabilities for critical U.S. military communications products. You will play a key role in defining requirements, managing product backlogs, and driving technical decisions within an Agile environment to ensure the security and reliability of these vital systems.

• Lead embedded C++ software development and integration for cryptographic products
• Serve as Product Owner, managing backlogs and prioritizing development in an Agile framework
• Drive Agile planning, including PI Planning and sprint ceremonies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and support testing
• Coordinate technical dependencies across software, hardware, and FPGA teams
• Mentor software developers and enhance team's Agile practices

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Requires a Secret security clearance.
