About this role
RBC is seeking a Senior Security Developer to join their Global Security team in Toronto. This role focuses on building and deploying scalable security solutions across on-premises and cloud environments, with an emphasis on API integrations and automation for critical security platforms. You will design and implement software solutions for SAST integration within CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Python for logic and automation.
What we are looking for
6- Design, develop, and debug secure, scalable software applications and automations
- Integrate SAST platforms within CI/CD pipelines for robust security testing
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OpenShift)
- Enhance security through proactive monitoring and threat mitigation
- Perform root-cause analysis for production issues and provide solutions
- Scale automation capabilities across IT and business units
