Senior Security Engineer

Pair Team is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to build and scale the company's security posture. This hands-on role involves implementing security controls across applications, cloud infrastructure, and AI systems, with a focus on protecting patient data and ensuring compliance with regulations like HIPAA and SOC 2. You will partner closely with engineering and IT to remediate findings, strengthen security foundations, and enable rapid, safe business growth.

• Own vulnerability management, dependency security, and threat modeling
• Strengthen AWS security posture and IAM
• Design security controls for AI-powered products and LLM workflows
• Implement technical controls for HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance
• Leverage AI-powered tooling and automation for security
• Build self-service security solutions for engineers
