About this role

Join our new Grid Automation Cybersecurity Center of Excellence as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer. In this hands-on role, you will design, build, and test security solutions for complex industrial projects worldwide. You will also develop standards, templates, and training materials to ensure consistent cybersecurity delivery across all projects, while leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency.

What we are looking for

Lead cybersecurity workstream on complex Tier 1 projects end-to-end
Develop and maintain the execution toolkit, including reference architectures and configuration baselines
Automate repeatable tasks using PowerShell and AI models
Act as the technical owner for assigned cybersecurity competencies
Design and deliver technical training to regional engineers
Ensure compliance with industry standards like IEC 62443 and NERC CIP
