Agent, Critical Incident Response Team - Chicago, IL

DoorDash is seeking a Critical Incident Response Agent to join their Global Safety and Security team in Chicago. This role focuses on proactively keeping offices and people safe by assessing risks, building local response capabilities, and serving as the on-site responder during emergencies. You will drive site risk assessments, support access and guest management, and coordinate with the Global Operations Center.

• Assess sites and remediate risk across physical access controls, surveillance, and procedures
• Serve as the on-site responder and incident commander for emergencies
• Build local emergency response capability and train site-level ERTs
• Support threat assessment and workplace violence prevention efforts
• Deliver safety and security training to employees
• Coordinate incidents with the Global Operations Center
