Manager Corporate Technology (Security & IT)

Caribou is seeking a Manager of Corporate Technology to lead their security and IT programs. This role involves guiding a senior security team, managing the SaaS and AI tools portfolio, and building enablement programs to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate has experience in both security (SOC 2 audits, incident response, GRC) and IT (SaaS portfolio management, identity and access management, AI enablement).

• Lead security and IT programs for a growing company
• Manage a team of senior security practitioners and an IT administrator
• Deliver SOC 2 audits and improve detection and response capabilities
• Manage SaaS portfolio and drive adoption of enterprise AI tools
• Develop and maintain GRC policy and control documentation
• Oversee vendor relationships and MSP performance
