Epic Security Applications/Systems Analyst

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Epic Access Analyst to manage daily provisioning, deprovisioning, and modification of Epic application access in a high-volume hospital setting. This role is crucial for ensuring secure and compliant access to patient care systems, involving troubleshooting, maintaining the access catalog, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

• Manage high-volume ServiceNow queue for access requests
• Prioritize and route tickets based on impact and urgency
• Troubleshoot end-to-end access issues
• Maintain and own the Epic access catalog
• Collaborate with Epic teams, HR, IT, and operational stakeholders
• 1+ years of experience in Epic security/access
