Security Engineer

Town is seeking a Security Engineer to own the security of their applied AI assistant, which acts on sensitive user data across various tools. This role involves securing the product, infrastructure, and data pipeline, as well as establishing security practices like threat modeling and incident response.

• Own application and product security for the Town assistant and agent
• Threat-model autonomous agent behavior and potential risks
• Secure the data pipeline with encryption and access controls
• Harden cloud infrastructure and third-party integrations
• Build and implement a secure development lifecycle
• Establish and manage incident response processes
