Deputy Chief Information Security Officer - Bank

Mercury is seeking a Deputy Chief Information Security Officer to lead the bank-entity Information Security program, ensuring examiner readiness and compliance with regulatory standards. This is a hands-on build-and-defend role focused on policy, controls, and incident response, rather than strategy or research.

• Own the bank-entity 2LOD InfoSec program, including governance, policy, risk, and oversight
• Manage examiner posture and evidence coordination for OCC, FFIEC, FDIC, and FRB inquiries
• Lead remediation of FFIEC IT control deficiencies
• Develop and maintain the bank-scoped policy architecture
• Partner on business continuity and disaster recovery planning
• Manage relationships with internal and external auditors and assessors
