Lead, Cyber Security Operations

Lead the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) at Prudential, focusing on enterprise security and advancing cyber defense capabilities. You will manage threat assessment, triage, and event handling, collaborating with teams to enhance security architecture and global cyber resiliency.

• Provide shift-level operational leadership for security events and threats
• Coordinate and optimize alert intake, triage, and prioritization
• Lead security event escalation activities and validate proposed escalations
• Maintain event handling quality control and documentation standards
• Drive continuous improvement of event handling processes and automation
• Mentor junior analysts and build technical expertise on threats and trends
