Sr Product Application Security Engineer

Leidos is seeking a Senior Product Security Engineer to join their Enterprise Products engineering team. This role involves embedding security into the software development lifecycle, from architecture to CI/CD pipelines, to ensure secure-by-default solutions. You will develop security tooling, automation, and hardened configurations, and assess and communicate product risks.

• Embed security into shared software platforms and product capabilities
• Translate cybersecurity standards and customer requirements into practical controls
• Develop reusable security tooling, automation, and hardened configurations
• Perform threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and code reviews
• Integrate automated security controls within CI/CD pipelines
• Assess product and platform vulnerabilities and provide remediation guidance

• Must be authorized to work without sponsorship.

• Requires a Public Trust security clearance.
