About this role

Join x15ventures as a Senior Security Engineer to build and scale digital ventures by embedding security into technology and engineering practices. This hands-on role focuses on DevSecOps, cloud security, identity, and automation, partnering with product and engineering teams to implement practical security controls. You will lead complex security engineering initiatives, mentor engineers, and contribute to technical standards within an agile, cross-functional security team.

What we are looking for

Design and implement security controls in CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
Develop and automate security capabilities using scripting and APIs
Partner with engineering teams to embed security throughout the SDLC
Provide practical security advice and translate risks into business impacts
Lead complex security engineering work and mentor other engineers
Experience with identity and access management, particularly Microsoft Entra ID
