Senior Security Engineer, Device/Hardware

Motive is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their Product Security Team. This role focuses on hardware security, partnering with engineering teams to design secure-by-default components and drive hardware security initiatives. You will be responsible for building security baselines, assessing risks, and leading security reviews for Motive devices.

• Build hardware and embedded security baseline and process
• Drive relationships with hardware engineering team
• Identify and assess hardware security risks
• Lead hardware security architecture reviews, threat modeling, and security testing
• Define and review security requirements for hardware platforms and embedded systems
• Drive end to end security for device hardware across IoT and cloud security infrastructure
