Lead the cybersecurity engineering organization responsible for the technology foundation of our Cyber Threat Operations Center. You will drive the strategy, delivery, and modernization of critical security platforms, infrastructure, and automation. This role is key to shaping the future of cyber defense through AI, advanced automation, and continuous threat management.

- Lead cybersecurity engineering strategy and technology roadmap
- Ensure reliability and scalability of critical security platforms
- Partner with Cyber Threat Operations to translate requirements into capabilities
- Drive evolution towards next-generation security operations (AI, Agentic SOC, CTEM)
- Manage engineering teams, budgets, and strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures
