Security Manager, Industrial Security & Global Threat Operations

Leidos is seeking an experienced Security Manager to oversee industrial security operations at a secure manufacturing facility and manage global threat and crisis operations. This role ensures compliance with government regulations, monitors global threats, and leads crisis response to protect personnel and assets worldwide.

• Lead industrial security program for secure manufacturing facility
• Oversee physical and personnel security operations
• Serve as primary point of contact for DCSA, DoD, and IC security officials
• Monitor and assess global threats, incidents, and crises
• Develop and improve business continuity and emergency management plans
• Mentor and develop security staff
