IAM Engineer

UMG is seeking an Identity & Access Management Engineer specializing in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to join our global Tech Security & Identity team. This hands-on role involves designing, implementing, and operating enterprise IGA capabilities to govern digital identities and access across our complex global environment. You will play a key part in managing identity lifecycles, ensuring appropriate access provisioning, and driving automation for enhanced security and operational efficiency.

• Design, engineer, and operate enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions
• Implement and manage identity lifecycle processes (joiner, mover, leaver)
• Engineer access request, approval, and provisioning workflows
• Design and operate access governance controls including role models and certifications
• Develop automation and integrations for IGA workflows using scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• 5+ years of IAM experience with a focus on IGA platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint)
